Creative Web Design
We design websites and online applications which are not only visually appealing, but easy-to-use and as quick to load as possible. We like to keep designs simple and logical and we avoid using annoying gimmicks and flashing graphics.
Accessible to All
We strongly believe that websites should be accessible to everyone. Our creations are tested in a wide range of modern (and not-so-modern) web browsers and on devices such as mobile telephones and PDAs to ensure they display and function as intended. Our pages are designed to work with screen readers for the benefit of the visually impaired and we follow the accessibility recommendations of various organisations to ensure everybody is able to view our websites.
Web Standards
We follow the latest guidelines of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) when creating websites. The W3C was founded in 1994 by the inventor of the Internet, Sir Tim Berners Lee, and today is comprised of several bodies who have a professional interest in the Internet. Compliance to these guidelines helps to ensure that pages display as intended in the widest range of internet browsers and devices without errors.
We're proud that all of our pages validate to the W3C guidelines. Check for yourself, click on the "Valid xHTML" link at the foot of each page.
Branding
If you have established branding guidelines, we will follow these when creating your site to ensure consistency with your other marketing materials. We can manipulate your images, photos and logos to make them suitable for the web. We have a database of millions of professional stock images covering all industry sectors which can be added to your site to increase its visual appeal.
Technical Stuff
We use a combination of xHTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Coldfusion, ASP & MySQL in our web applications. All of our websites are entirely custom made to your exact requirements. It goes without saying that we don't use templates or site creator software!
How to Choose a Web Developer
